⚠️ CAUTION ⚠️ I hired Jorge Colon to litigate my family case. During this time, I found Jorge Colon makes his own decisions when it comes to your case without running ANY explanations or details by you. You are walking in blind with this attorney. All of my evidence was handed to the opposing party before hearings. This gave the opposing party enough time to contact me to think up and make excuses for their behavior. I have an invoice where I was charged for Jorge Colon's attempt to get in touch with my previous attorney without asking me after he told me during our consultation he doesn't need info from him. I protested the charge and paid my previous attorney to release info and work with Jorge Colon. Jorge Colon then immediately withdraws from my case with the final hearing right around the corner and LEFT ME WITHOUT REPRESENTATION. After all the damage had been done and pre-trial statements were finished, I ask him if he could finish the case and he declines. Looking through similar reviews here and in different sites, I now understand that this is usual for Jorge Colon and his office. I DO NOT recommend this attorney.

the Worst Lawyer in Florida. He tells you I have lunch with the judge, do not worry, you trust him, you give him the case and then he does not even answer very irresponsible call in his work

That would be something that you would have to ask Jorge. I would call for a consultation. They are free.

I have a citation with a tenant who read what I did with them and after sending them a 3 day notice my property manager now says to read that sign before putting it with property manager says that I pay the utilities that is not correct.

You must ask for a copy of the previous lease. I am curious if the property manager renewed with a new lease. The new contract usually has the rules. You should make an appointment to discuss this in more detail. You must bring a copy of the original contract and any new contracts you were given. This answer does not mean that I am your attorney or represent you in this action. This should not be considered legal advice; If you want legal notice please make an appointment with me.
