If you are tired of going to a dead church, try Grace Tabernacle. This is a non-denominational church that believes in the power of prayer and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The pastor was a Baptist preacher for years before he received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. The worship service is God honoring and what I would imagine it to be like if we were actually worshipping before God's throne. You can kneel in prayer and worship here. The worship songs are not shallow and they exalt the name of Jesus. The pastor is a gifted speaker and Bible teacher. In fact, the first time I listened to one of his sermons online, I thought I had accidentally clicked on a message by Charles Swindoll. They sound exactly alike! This is also a friendly and warm church that makes you feel like family.
