It's usually pretty okay, but this time was rough. My seafood pasta bake was so dry it was unreal. There was about a tablespoon of sauce on it. My wife's steak was burnt on one side and she asked for rare. What she got was almost well done. I will say that we told them we would pay for the side items but not the steak as it was inedible, but they ended up comping the whole entree. Thankfully we had an awesome waitress and she did a great job. Earned a good tip. It was just food quality that was lacking. Honestly though it could be because they are short staffed, so I wouldn't give a lower rating. We are all human, and we make mistakes. Honestly, I'm sure I will eat here again. I will just stick to my usual instead of trying something new

I hadn't been to this Chili's in probably 7 years, until my visit last week. I went in with low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised. Everyone in my group really enjoyed their food and the server was friendly and efficient. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because the shrimp in my tacos were just barely warm and they were too mushy for my liking. Other than that, the experience was great and i would like to come back soon.

We did a curbside pickup and the food came out a lot faster than we expected. It was quick and easy. The food was really good, too. It was all packed up nicely and kept separate so nothing slid around or mashed into anything else. It was just as good as if we were eating inside the restaurant.

Your worst dream come true

I don’t trust this place. I paid for takeout and found hair or something in the food. Thankfully I didn’t eat it. The guacamole was old and the tortillas shells looked like they were used to pick up crumbs. First and last time ordering here. I still haven’t gotten my money back either smh. I posted pics
