If I could rate this location zero stars I would. We ordered some wedding invites from them, and when we went to pick them up they told us that the printer wasn’t working, so they said they would call us back. This was yesterday, well we came in today, and they told us that they can’t do that our invites, so they refunded it back to our card, well come to find out the money did NOT get refunded to our card. The lady working was incredibly rude and snobby, she had a very loud show playing in the background, and she literally asked my girlfriend if she knew how to use the printer because she couldn’t figure it out, not to mention she had her DOGS in the store, like seriously how unprofessional. I am beyond upset and we will not be using them again. Seriously save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Don’t bother going. They can’t seem to open on time. I’d go to 121st and MacArthur. They actually open on time.

Beware! Items being shipped go ‘missing’ from this store. It’s a franchise and has really no affiliation with UPS. Go ahead, try and get a response from them. Good luck. My ‘lost’ item was never replaced and never heard from them again. FedEx is now my go to.
