Went there on the fly to get my son a haircut. Mike the owner cut my son's hair. Although he prefers appointments, he definitely was really cool and still cut his hair. He did a great job on my son's hair. Went from long to short. No nips or cuts when getting cut and the shop was super clean. Did I mention the music in the shop gave all the vibes!! 🖤

When I went in I had to wait for someone to even speak to me! I guess because I'm a woman!?! I just wanted to get my Afro shaped! Finally someone asked me how they could help me! They told me I had to have a appointment but maybe they could fit me in!! Then Mike said his appointment was late so he would take me instead and his appointment would have to wait! When I got in his chair I told him no clippers but he decided that it was a lot quicker than using scissors. I told him that I wanted only scissors on my hair? He just went to work on my hair with clippers!!? Let's say he wacked what little hair I had left off? One side was cut off to the scalp and the other side ? He wanted $35 in cash ! After the wack job on my hair he decided I didn't have to pay? Some just don't take pride in what they do? He was telling me that my whole head was nothing but ends? I take care of my hair! If he didn't know anything about females hair, he should have left me alone! Never again! I know it's a barber shop but but I have gone to them before I got what I asked for!?!?!?
