Excellent place to shop for a variety of things . Everyone is so friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the products they sell. Sonnewald carrie's items I havent been able to find anywhere else. I really like buying local organic produce instead of from a chain grocery store where it's been on a truck for who knows how long. Also they dont use plastic bags which is awesome and I wish every store would do. All around a fantastic place to shop !

I don't know how much they are but I do know they have them. I like the candied ginger myself
I haven't seen these at Sonnewalds but they have an extensive bulk food room, they may have some in there but likely would be out of the shell.
They have an extensive bulk foods section that has fresh prunes. I have gotten them and they were delicious.
I doubt that Sonnewald staff monitors this website. You're better off calling the store directly.
I'm not sure about that particular product but you can always call beforehand. The employees are very knowledgeable about their products.
Wow... I really don't know. I go to Sonnewalds for 1.) Fresh produce, but 2.) because the great people who work there are so amazingly informed. They have advised, suggested, and helped myself and my Jack Russell Apache. We have both benefited from this business. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I'm not sure, but call. If they don't offer them, look in "Gurney's", probably .com Thay are humongous and handle everything from seeds, organics, to 12' tall fruit trees. See if you can still get their paper catalog. Great reading - lots of info. Good luck 👍
You for one should invest in a good extra virgin coconut oil.
Go ahead and call Sonnewald and ask if they carry it.
I'm not sure. But you should call them. You can also check the Amish markets and the upcoming plant events as they usually sell various jams and food. Good luck
Yes, definitely. They will work with you on any level. Bring bags, boxes, almost anything and they will even help you load your car.
I can't answer this, but if you contact them,I'm sure they can point you in the right direction.
There is an Ecuadorian Shaman giving a talk about Ayahuasca at Brigid's Way in Washington Borough (near Lancaster) at the end of this month.
The prices range from $25 to $75 depending on the potency. I've tried both & got better results with the expensive formula. (Pharma Karma, I think its called.) It's actually a better deal because it's 1000 times stronger than the cheaper brand. Hope this helps.
They have couple different brands of oils also.
Your best bet is to call them. They will check with the correct department and if not they will order it for you.
Not familiar with that product. Google their phone number & ask someone who works there.
Not open on Mondays. And they are VERY helpful
For general heartburn I take papaya enzyme. I dont know anything about hernias.
