Both of our coffees were made poorly this afternoon. One had too much ice and no pumps of cinnamon. The second coffee was somewhere around 70% cream. First really disappointing experience here.

The staff are extremely busy and my beverage was not quite what I ordered. It was just a mad rush of people and I felt somewhat ignored by the barista when requesting customer service.

The hours are never correct on google maps. They are basically only opened early mornings now. I live right next door and every time I try to go they’re not open. Also the order ahead system is always off. Very infuriating, I used to walk my dog over and do a quick pickup. But now I can’t cause it takes too long to get my order and my dog is freezing outside.

First and only time I’ll ever go to this Starbucks. I asked for a drink I’d get at any other Starbucks and it’s usually my all time favorite. Not yesterday. The heavy cream had curdled and my drink was chunky. The drink I ordered is similar to a “Pink Drink” so you could clearly see that it was curdled. It took so long for me to get my drink that I had to grab it and run to get back to work on time, so I only noticed it’s consistency after I was long gone. Super disappointed. Not going there ever again.
