I hate leaving negative reviews for local businesses, however after the latest phone call where I was looking for parts, only to have the parts counter girl argue with me over something as stupid as me saying cotter pin instead of a circlip, I couldn't resist. Leading up to that, the entire phone call had a negative vibe; first was the replacement wheels I wanted, you'd have thought that I was asking for a first born child, then came the bushings, god forbid I had needed anything else. We ended the phone call on a bad note. I went to Atlantic Tractor in Westminster 20 minutes later, they were very accommodating. Additionally I bought a new $35k tractor while I was there...business that I had planned on giving to Gladhills. Hopefully there will be a lesson to learn here for that employee, but I doubt it.
