The staff at Kendrick Court statements are true professionals. Not only are they efficient, but they are absolutely kind, courteous and warm hearted. I appreciate having Maritza, Jenmy, Tito and Héctor. Update: they've organized a COVID19 vaccination for the whole community. They are fantastic. I feel truly cared for and counted. Thanks 😊! El equipo de trabajo es excelente y se aseguran de cuidarnos a todos. Hablan español y aceptan y cuidan a todos.

I've been in Kendrick court for a while and I'm very happy with everything overall. The management office are very professional and very helpful all the time. The maintenance guys Hector and Tito are very nice and they response at emergency calls very quick. I am not feeling like residence, its feel more like family and home.

This is my second time as a resident of this community. The management, Maritza and Jenmy, treat you like family. I feel like I am at home! Although there are many events and activities available, there is no pressure to join. It is at your own comfort level. I hope that I will be able to call this my final move.

Yes, the first year of occupancy is a full recertification with supporting documents. All subsequent years, it is a self certification which requires a questionaire and student certification.
