Basically a scam. Won’t give you a price range upfront and won’t even tell you untill you are there and looking at the dog with an appointment then they want to charge 5000 or more for a small dog. Staff is disrespectful

Very disappointed stopped in there to look around ended up making an appt to see my daughters dream pup with her kids , we went back spent at least an hour with him everyone fell in love with him and they were given paper work on him and the $6,000 price tag which i dont understand how they can get away with that its crazy and what makes it worse is they wait til after you spent time with the pup and not up front like they should , i was going yo look at a couple shih tzus thank god i didnt found out they were $5,800 and $5,400 thats unreal shouldnt be allowed to do that, i banned them years ago abt using breeders was told they have shelter dogs now well they dont they still use breeders and you need a loan to adopt a dog there , i will not ever go back there guess its all about the buck now NO THANKS Save a shelter dog

$5,800 for a puppy, that's why they don't tell you upfront. We would not have even made an appointment knowing that especially since top AKC Breeders charge at most $2,500. Sure they give you starting supplies, and a 3 year health warranty (which I see a lot of complaints about) but that doesn't seem to validate that steep of a jump.

Monroeville/murrysville has an exotic pet store, they have plenty.
They have puppies. I highly recommend not going to their store as they are not always either knowledgeable or truthful about things.

They won't answer that online or over the phone. Youll have to set up a meeting with the certain puppy and discuss it in person
Most everything can be played with but there are times when animals are off or in a different area because of appointments.
