I filled out a survey and gave feedback about what could improve. They wanted to talk to me in person and, being busy, I emailed a list of what they could improve on (listing virtual classes, actually having a working app, which locations are in network, etc). Unfortuneately, it took over a month to respond after repeated attempts to contact the "district manager." The answers were generic, unsympathetic, and uncaring. It's pretty obvious nothing is going to change and it's pretty obvious they don't listen to their clientele after you sign up. They just want to take your money. It's a shame too because they have great instructors and classes, which is why I go (since most of the machines are duplicates of what is in my apartment building and usually taken).

Spent more than 20 minutes via phone trying to get a few basic questions answered, like how much does membership cost in total. The employee still couldn’t figure it out, and I finally got an answer later via email from a manager. If parking is $5 per day, that adds $150 per month to my gym costs assuming a daily trip (this is after their parking discount). Please train your staff so they can answer basic questions like the price of parking at your own building.

edit august 2022: lowered my review to 4 stars from 5 because the air vents are constantly dripping from condensation leaving puddles on the floor. the water is rusting the weights as well. it’s gross. it’s been happening for months. some dehumidifiers were put in but they are hardly making a difference. original review: staff is friendly and helpful, location is excellent, hours are great, has all the equipment i could want(could use a standing calf raise machine but otherwise they have everything), and the facility is clean and well taken care of. only things i wish were different is if they had a longer rope attachment for the cable machines, if there was a sauna, and if the ceilings were a little higher… but it’s my understanding the last 2 issues were caused by the layout and they did the best with the space they got. however i can use my membership to get into other golds gyms in the area if i’m really looking to use a sauna.

It's a great gym with most equipment you need. The only thing is they have only one cable machine for cable presses, which is always taken up. My biggest complaint is that parking is "free" but only if you work out for one hour, which is not enough time for most. It is conveniently right at the Roslyn metro stop though.

If you walk into the assembly (dining hall place) on the 2nd floor you can access the enterence from there. The elevator in the metro will take you to p2 which is in the assembly as well
Yes. Parking lot at the corner of Moore and Wilson. The gym validates. Still costs $2.00. street parking using the parkmobile app.
Yes. Large locker room with lockers showers changing area
