Aileen L is a beautiful lady that do my blood draw so gentle and smooth( I have a very small vein) . I’m so glad that I’m a member of Kaiser Permanente. Thank you so much for caring and take good care of me.

Usually I don't like doing eye exams but the staff here really listen and love what they do here. The doctors are and assistants are very helpful and the one that fitted my glasses is absolutely the best!

Top floor in Springfield is the medical records dept. You can request specific record dates, there are some fees depending on the amount of paperwork. If there is a large amount of paperwork to print they will have it printed at another location & then sent over to which ever kaiser location you requested it at.
