I would give it more stars for rest of the staff have been above and beyond but Case Worker Latonya Price in Minnesota Ave site extremely unprofessional I had very important meeting with hearing office she told me day before she will meet and as she my rep.The hearing office and I reached out and office to no avail so I to postpone the meeting and told by the judge not to that again. Please avoid her at all costs she not answering even now and had said talk to her supervisor not understanding that this made me very distrust mbi office. She very Careless almost put me in tears.

Staff is unreliable, careless, and unmotivated to do their jobs efficiently. They do not care about the well being of the individuals they are supposed to be helping.

I think that they do because they have outside resources that can assist you with those issues

Did the intake, assessment and diagnosis on July 5th, 2018. I was told I would receive a call for the next step. Now that I call each branch(Minnesota Ave.,MLK,Hunt Place),they are telling me I'm not in system at all. Very unprofessional

Can my son morris Daniel Jr. Become an in patient on your facility? He tried to kill himself Sunday. He's in the treatment center in demoplis Alabama. He is still a residence of Washington DC.

Get your son to DC and he IS a resident. Then take him for help. Don't ask permission to help your son or state anything other than your D.C. address as his address, just do it. Don't let location be the reason he does not get help because that will be a reason someone will not help him. Get him help. God bless you both. I am praying for you both.

I just started working for MBI.I worked for two weeks, so do I have to want two more weeks to get paid?

Yes because it takes, two extra weeks for a steady two pay check. So you can receive your pay along with everyone else
