So apparently you have to have more then money to stay here, I have a 1996 Coleman popup camper in mint condition, it's not like it's all raggedy, The lady who was rude to begin with told me it was to old, I said you charge why does it matter, and she said because my camper is to old, and hung up,Ok I'll go elsewhere. That's all I needed to know.

If i could leave zero stares I would HAVE. Don't waste your TIME OR MONEY, the manager is a RACISTS and an INCOMPETENT IDIOT that DOES NOT understand THE GROSS weight of vehicles. I own an OLDER 14 ton(28,000lbs DRY WEIGHT OR EMPTY) class A motorhome! I told the manager that the lot THEY provided was not very accessible for our vehicle hook ups(sewage/grey water drain couldn't reach which messed up the floater sensor in the tanks so I couldn't PROPERLY read the levels) because the LOT WAS NOT LEVELED. The manager LIED and told me and my husband that there were 3 LOTS for us to choose from. When we arrived there was ONLY 1 READY; when we expressed our dislike of the lot she had she kept telling us because of city ordinance we cannot move our vehicle to a LEVELED parking spot up FRONT she continued to tell us that because of city ordinance we had to stay in the back at the lot they provided for us. I advise her that our vehicle is heavy and would get stuck in the mud if it rains hard. Manager and maintaince man told us that he could pull us out with his 1/2ton truck(eyes rolled) and pretty much gave us a take it or leave it attitude VERY RUDE. I called the city of Whitehall and spoke to the ordinance coordinator and HE told me that I could move WHEREVER I wanted to within the premises because it was already zoned. Manager is A RACIST who had us in the back with the Mexicans and other minorities whom had roosters and loud music which GOES AGAINST city ordinance for making noise and disturbing Neighbors!! DONT RENT DONT WASTE UR MONEY!!! Updated 1/20/19 This park is NOT ELECTRICALLY wired UP TO CODE AND have its utility lines IMPROPERLY ran with dead and over grown trees by the powe lines. Which caused the park a power outage THAT happened to fried OUT OUR WHOLE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM CONVERT/INVERTER!! WHEN I ADVISED Shanna the management of the damages she said that she was NOT LIABLE FOR THE DAMAGES and i should speak to owners but THE PARK IS. IF the owners live out of state then she is a hired agent representative of the owners and BY JOB DESCRIPTION SHE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGES!!! I told her because she DISCRIMINATED against and REFUSED TO LET US MOVE TO A LEVELED LOT THE DAMAGE to my property is her fault and I'M NOT PAY RENT she tried to evict us the ABSOLUTELY MOST WORST MONTH OF MY FAMILIES' LIFE!!!! Horrible person A LIAR and THIEF terrible customer service she NEVER ON TIME or at the office during business hours on the days she's SUPPOSED TO BE THERE THAT'S STEALING TIME!! REFUSED TO GIVE BACK MY DEPOSIT!!!!
