My only con is that the room bathroom shower had a few pieces of hair. I enjoyed my trip and am already planning another stay. The hot tub was relaxing and the kids enjoyed the pool. I was surprised that dinner and breakfast were included in our stay. Which was convenient and good. We spent most of the first day in Greensboro. The next day we shopped around Burlington. The location is perfect with restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Generally good service and very nice staff. We reserved a large block of rooms for my wedding. Everything went well except they forgot to give some guests their gift bags (not a huge deal) and they gave away one of the rooms in our block because the guest didn’t check in early enough (the guest had a late flight and arrived at ~10-11pm and the hotel had given away the person’s reservation). The staff member I spoke to about it the next morning was my only negative experience with the staff - he was very rude when asked about it and was aggressive in his responses (it’s one of the more unprofessional interactions I’ve had with folks in the hospitality industry). I understand the guest didn’t prepay for the room but it would’ve been nice if someone from our party was contacted before they gave away the room (or if the hotel asked for check-in time if they have a policy of giving away rooms when people check in later in the evening).

I stayed here 2 weeks ago over the weekend. I did have an issue from the first room which was taken care of promptly by Jasmine from the front desk who is an exceptional employee. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They have excellent customer service, very clean rooms, breakfast and dinner was great. The downsides were the price was a little high this time, there was lots of noise late at night in the hallway from teenagers and the pool area was very crowded. Regardless, this is one of my favorite hotels in the area and I will definitely stay again.

I have a group of buddies that has been taking golf trip for 25+ years. Honestly, this is by far the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The price was right, the hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were also included in the price. This is the first review I’ve ever left online but we were so impressed by the Drury that I wanted to do it. We will definitely be back !
