The transfer station used to handle them for a fee but I'm not sure they handle much past recyclables or garbage anymore.

Yes they take all trash, tvs and tires are an extra fee, but I do think you need to be a jefferson county resident but iv only been asked once if I was. But there is a berkley county dump that might be closer and cheaper for you.
