Webb Brothers Trash Removal

We’ve been using Webb for about 2 months. We had a small metal trash can that belonged to our landlord and we use it every week as an extra can for trash. We put it out front every week along with the Webb can. Monday, they took our metal can! I’ve called several times but it just rings busy. I finally got through last night but they were closed. Of course. So they steal our can and no one is around to answer a phone. Terrible service

I had been a customer with Webb brothers since 2017 . I never had a problem with them. On Monday 4/26 I was un aware that I owed them 22$ because I pay them 160 every other month. I called all day on that Monday no answer then called 16 times on Tuesday finally get a live person and she stated that I needed to pay the 22 dollars and they would pick up. Well on Thursday I received a letter stating they will no longer be my trash collection company. Very well done and that was the best customer service ever. Way to treat a loyal customer of 4 years!

Got a letter today that Webb sold our service to American Disposal, the company I escaped over a year ago 😱 American Disposal only picked up trash once a week for almost two years but continued to charged full amount. Time to find a new trash removal provider.

Beware! These people are crooks! For the past several weeks, I have witnesssed the men who throw trash away, pick up my clearly labeled recycling bin and throw the contents away. I’ve reached out to the company twice, and no one has called me back. My next steps are to have a meeting with my HOA to see if we can change to honest trash vendors.
