Food is horrible ugh the worse kfc I’ve ever in my entire life ate. The original chicken doesn’t even taste like it’s from kfc I guess if you’re a Madison resident you have no more problem with this god forsaken food. somebody needs to fix this FAST!!!!

I just don't understand. I've worked in kitchens since I was 15 and would have never sent this out. This has to of been sitting under the heat lamp since lunch. They are hard as a brick. If your not willing to eat it yourself don't serve it. I guess this place is just a waste of time and money. Will no longer be going there. By the way I'm 36 now that's a little over 20 years in the food service. I'm directing this to the owner. If you don't get a grasp on this issue that seems to be going on for a while now. YOU WILL END UP LIKE WENDYS DOWN THE STREET.

This location is not a good one. They run out of chicken all the time. They are not friendly and sometimes very rude. The floors are dirty and they seem to not care. If they forget to give you something you order they treat you like you did something wrong by asking for it. It's just not a good place or atmosphere.
