Like always went there to get my Lunch, the server girl at deli started with attitude, tried be nice and not ruined my day buy someone’s challenged personality. But then when I asked her to wrap my food she git more rude saying why I didn’t tell her to wrap it at first place … left the food and walked out after confronting manager

Another pharmacy in the area made an error with my prescription fill. I did not have confidence that they were going to give me the correct meds. So I went across the street to the Publix Pharmacy at The Shoppes at Grande Oaks. The pharmacists there took care of me. It was Tom Eiden, the Pharmacy Manager, and a young lady working with him (I didn't get her name). Last minute thing and they filled my script. It was almost closing time and they took time to help me out and fill my script. They could have told me to come back the next day but they didn't. They were very friendly and professional. And to top it off, the flu meds only cost me $20. When the commercials say, "Publix, where shopping is a pleasure," they mean it, and I agree 100%. I will not go to any other pharmacy in the area. Thank you so much for helping me out!

The pharmacy hung up on me, I don't know if the person was having a bad day, but it wasn't professional.
