Worst hike ever// rain cold which is not the problem// problem is the disappearing trails that you cant follow on the map they provide at the entrance because they are rain sealed and covered in bugs and stuck together. All I will say is this. If ypu are going to do any hike here. 1. Be smarter then I was and plan for all things, bring matches, blankets, etc. Plan I n being lost the trails are poorly marked at best to not at all. 2. Get and bring a loss prevention device that if ypu get lost and the weather closes you in you can signal someone via satellite because cell service is non existent at points.. take it from a poor decision maker. I won't make it again.

Lovely sights with many different types of vegetation and terrain, many trail options, and of course it's very excellent clambering around the falls. So beautiful! Little branch trails off the main trail take you to little camping spots. The toilet facility at the Fire Tower Trail was welcome.

Good trail head with easy to follow trails and maps. Looks to have 5ish areas to camp. Where helpful Rangers there when we went. She had a look of concern that I was taking my 10 year old daughter on this 7 mile hike to the falls. It was a nice hike going in (down hill). It was something else coming back (up hill)

What a great place to spend a couple hours or a couple days. Plan accordingly and bring water and snacks. There is a vault toilet at the fire tower parking lot, along with a few campsites. A couple of trailheads makes this a popular parking lot to start from. This is bear country so be aware, the wilderness is pretty wild.
