Therapist doesn't call back to schedule appt. Been a month since i reached out and still no response beyond a quick text asking what school she attends. Psychiatrist prescribes meds and states he will see her again in a month but then does not schedule appt and when I call to follow up on her medication I was informed they can't see her any time soon. Poor patient service. Save your time and find a treatment facility that cares about your wellbeing.

This place is terrible, everything about it. The staff are very rude and unprofessional - this is including the doctors. If you can DO NOT go here.

Not sure if this is the right place for me ! Incompetent at BEST .. 8 days later and after 6 calls still don’t have medication… I would’ve put 0 stars but I couldn’t

Why make appointments when the doctor calls you back when they feel like it. Waiting over an hour after appointment time. People schedule appointments around family and work. They will Cancel our appointment if we're over an hour late. Same should apply to your doctors.

This facility does not cover VA insurances, The insurances that this place accepts is Medicaid, Medicare if it is through united health or Florida blue, aetna, BCBS, UHC, Molina medicaid, simply, and aetna better health
