Dogs are allowed on a leash and at the St. Marys Howard Gilman Memorial Waterfront Park they even offer poop bags at the front entrance. There is also a little shop across from the restrooms where they have water bowls available for your fur babies
They would fit. Parking for that many ppl is always a concern. I believe they could all park cars there comfortably though. Maybe dbl stacked. Have no idea on price. Congratulations!

The fireworks display is sponsored by the Kiwanis club and is scheduled for 9:00 p.m. Plan on arriving around 8:00 so you can find a good place for viewing and maybe get some funnel cakes or whatnot from the vendors. If you make a day of it, the vendors are open around 9:00 a.m., parade at 10:00 a.m. There are also runs starting as early as 7:00.
