MINA RAKY
I shipped a valuable 80 years old harp from Michigan to Sanford Florida. The handle for the hard case got detached from the case with the label and the instrument got lost. I got a notice for pick up but only the handle got delivered. Madelyn and Madrid the store managers at the pickup location in Longwood treat me with kindness and they showed a lot of sympathy for me. They are working around the clock to find my missing shipment. After 2 days of searching and phone calls to trace my shipment, they were able to find it. I didn't receive the instrument yet! But I trust FedEx Longwood staff that they will get it back to me. I will update this review when I get the shipment. I did receive my shipment 2 days after that post. Thank you FedEx Longwood team

I paid $145 for a delivery the next day and called because it did not arrive and they told me that they would deliver it in 4 days. They have many problems with deliveries and many delays. I do not recommend them.

Drivers like anyone else are human, and do make mistakes, why does a doctor operate on the wrong knee? Why does a driver run a red light? If only the world were perfect and nobody made any errors.
I dont believe so, but I've never checked or had the need to. That's something that would have to be asked at FedEx.
Most of the FedEx Office stores have computers for the public to access. FedEx ship stations do not have computers for the public to access.
No fax service at this location.
Yes,but why?
If you get it there by noon time, the pickup time at this location on Saturday is 12 noon, anything dropped off after that time goes out on Monday. NOT today. This information applies to express shipments. Not sure what the ground cutoff is.
Depends on where, but barring any custom delays it could be as soon as next day
I work at the front counter at FedEx. As soon as you approve that all your info is correct on the package and press ship on the key pad, your pkg is in the system. It can be tracked with the 12 digit tracking # immeadiatly.
