Everybody loved and appreciated the fun and safe Wedding White School Bus for transportation from our Ceremony site to the Brewery. I've now used American Limo for several rides during the past few months, and in general, the drivers are inconsistent and unreliable. Several drivers had no idea how to get to the airport. One refused to use the car's GPS, and instead had her phone in her lap as she drove. Even with her phone, that driver kept making wrong turns. I missed my flight on that trip. The company apologized but offerend no renumeration. To be fair, I've had two excellent drivers and was promised repeatedly that on future rides I'd only be picked up by those drivers. I learned today that turned out to be a false promise. I spoke several times to managers, who assured me that they'd course correct, but today they sent yet another brand new driver who didn't know how to operate the car's GPS, climate control or defogger. The company takes no accountability and hasn't made any effort to train its drivers. I would never use or recommend them.

They provided all services paid for and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of on our wedding day. Jared in the back office was great to work with as well!! He made sure we had all driver information as well as a schedule in place so things would go smoothly. Thank you American Limousines!
