I'd hate to criticize them for what may have just been a single-occurrence, fluke encounter, but the last time I was there I watched as a gentleman approached very close to the woman at the register and pulled his mask down in order to talk to her and there didn't seem to be any move toward addressing the behavior whatsoever. All employees were most definitely following guidelines themselves.
