Busy little Truck Stop with Home cooked meals. Smothered Steak was really good. Waitresses were friendly and VERY accommodating. Never saw the bottom of my glass or had empty dishes stay very long on table.

This is a truck stop diner. So, understanding that helps with the review. Food was great, service was swift and prompt. Plenty of open seating. Portions were good size. The salad before the meal (if you choose that side) is a nice big salad ..easily twice the size of most other places. Our waitress checked on us often. Having said that, it wasn't the cleanest dinning room. The 2 waitresses on our side had all they could do to bus and clean the tables. You needed to use the truck stop bathrooms. The men's bathroom was absolutely filthy. All but 1 paper towel dispenser was empty. The trash can was overflowing in the floor. My granddaughter said the women's bathroom was much better.

We've eaten here before and both the service and food were excellent, which is why we chose to eat here today. Unfortunately, today was not nearly as good. When we sat down, our waitress (Casara was her name, according to our bill) just tossed the menus on the table and walked off. She came back a few minutes later and took our drink orders, then came back with the drinks and took our food order. Then she went on break. Never did come back to check on us (even though we needed drink refills before the food came out). About 40 minutes later, the food comes out (they were not busy. There were maybe 4 other people in the whole place besides us). When our waitress brings the food, we had to ask for multiple things that should've come with the food, and she forgot our silverware. About 5 minutes into our meal, she comes back with the bill and says she's going on break (again)(not leaving for the day, mind you, just going on break), so when we're ready to cash out, we should flag down one of the other servers (indicating she had absolutely no intention of providing any additional service to us). The food was...okay. Several things were overcooked and had very little flavor, and there were still things wrong with the food. But, since we had no server now (since ours went on break for the second time since we sat down), we just ate what we had. True to her word, our waitress never came back. She received no tip at all, because she provided essentially no service at all. This is unfortunate, because our previous experience here made us really like this place. After this time, though, I doubt we'll be back. Gave 2 stars because my daughter's chicken parm was good, as was the toast. Everything else was mediocre.

Rated one star since the experience was just a bad one. The waitress took forever to get drink orders then since we weren't ready to order right then it took way too long for her to come back for a food order, even with cues like menu closed. After we ordered our food she didn't come back around til the food was ready gave us drink refills empty glasses as a cue. She delivered food and again lacking customer service it was like she was a robot. When I noticed my other half food was cold and looked completely undesirable tried to flag down the waitress (she never told us her name just knew she was the one in the pink shirt ) finally able to get her attention and mentioned the food was cold she took it away with out saying anything and sent another waitress out to talk to us. Don't know her name either she didn't introduce herself either, asked my other half if the cheese smothered fries were wrong cause of the type of cheese (sliced cheese instead of shredded. At that point he was agitated and just wanted to leave so with no courtesy she yelled to our waitress they were going to comp the check and for us to have a good night in a tone that indicated that we were a bother. The other meal was warm not hot and tasted so so. So if you've read all this I'd say do not waste your time or money there. The gas station pizza was better (hot and full of flavor)

They have a limited menu. The waitress told us that they were having difficulty getting some items.

8.95 salad bar. 12.95 / 9.99 Mon 4-10 all you can eat everything.
That depends on what you order for breakfast . However, I find their prices to be most reasonable.
