It really just depends on the unit. My first unit was great other than reoccurring mold in the kitchen and walk in bedroom closet. You can barely hear your neighbors or people walking up the stairs. My second unit was a disaster. I moved in only to find out the unit had seeped the smell of spicy food into every surface from the cabinets to the walls. Machines used to clear out similar smells did not fix the issue. That unit’s walk in closet smelt like a sweaty locker room. I moved out a week later with no issue with management but my belongings had to be cleaned because the smell stuck to them too. Most of the management is great and willing to help out. The pool is nice and the other amenities are too. I do suggest Millis and Main but ask to see the unit first if possible.

First, let me point out that I have not lived here, I only requested pricing information on their 1 bedroom. The person that answered at their office refused to give me any pricing information. First she said because she was required to take all my contact information first. So I provided that with some reservation since I'm only checking pricing at the moment. Then when she asked what my max price range was that I was seeking in an apartment, I said that was unnecessary I'm just seeing what their prices are at the moment. She again said she was required to ask this before giving pricing. Shady much? Are they pricing apartments based on potential resident incomes or max pricing ranges? Note: I did notice that after my initial review was posted (above) that the prices are now posted on apartments.com (and my same review was removed there). For the record, these apartments appear to be very nice and certainly well worth consideration.

Millis and Main is by far the best place I have ever lived. To feel completely safe walking around with my two year old daughter is something I haven't felt anywhere else but here. And the staff are so incredible and sweet too! I also felt like leasing managers really care about there residents at other places I've lived, but here I feel the complete opposite and it's obvious to me that they do care about the safety, concerns and we'll being of their residents. All in all, I highly recommend living here if possible.

We are very happy with Millis and Main Apartment Homes. The staff was very accommodating with our situation, moving from out of state at short notice. Our experience with the office staff has been nothing short of excellent. Every person working here strives to make us feel welcome and acts as if they will do whatever they can to make our time living here the best. Our apartment is spacious, fairly priced, and comfortable. The maintenance staff will take care of our problems next day, and they replace air filters quarterly, which is more than our previous residence. The grounds are mostly well-kept; a few residents do not clean up after their pets and like to leave their garbage on the ground, but we can't fault the apartment for the failures of it's residents. The landscape company who designed the grounds did a good job, though we are not fans of the plastic netting and metal spikes used to hold down the sod. We have a dog and the bark park and dog stations are perfect for her; and the staff are friendly with her as well. Overall, we are so happy with Millis and Main and we would definitely recommend this complex to other young people.
