The cashier who is an older man who’s name I can’t pronounce (I believe he’s the owner) told me that I wasn’t old enough to buy the cigarettes I was trying to. I am 22 years old, just got my ID, and my date of birth (07/27/1999) was on the new ID too. When I showed him again and told him I knew my age and that he had even sold me tobacco before, he just shook his head and told me I was wrong and wouldn’t sell me the cigarettes, and was extremely rude to me as well as the person in front of me. I’ll never give them my business again. It inconvenienced me and I left feeling angry and upset. Wouldn’t recommend!

Honestly I been going here for a year and i am disappointed. Last few months just been a pain to go into the store. It's always homeless people hanging out side. I can always catch one employee in the day time either sitting down or out in her van. Second shift one employee has her family sit outside and husband grim every Male customer down. Service is bad unless I catch one of my three regulars. It's like they keep bad employees n push the hard working ones out the door. It's to many problems to name. But after tonight I will never go here again. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service! The bigger girl with the colored hair was probably the rudest person I've ever encountered!! She needs to be fired without a doubt! Despicable... And the ladies restroom was disgusting, feces clogged in both toilets, no toilet paper, no paper towels, trash and water EVERYWHERE! This was an absolute nightmare!

This gas station has by far the WORST customer service. It is almost shocking by how bad these employees treat customers. No employee has a sense of hustle, even if there is ten customers in line and they are the only employee in the store. The lady that worked today, I have had several problems with including having to tell her three times what I need because she is too busy having a conversation with her boyfriend on SPEAKER PHONE! This is not the first time the employee has been of their phone while checking out customers. Any time they have a problem with the gas pumps or not hearing what you need, they act as though I am the inconvenience and are extremely unprofessional. I do believe this business needs to fire all employees and be more selective in who they chose to work in their business. I'm sure a lot of theft happens here because of the lack of attentiveness.
