Way over priced for simple hair jobs. They play this game where they want you to come in for a consultation only to make up some outrageous price. There is no menu of set prices. Which There should be. Everyone is paying different outrageous prices. I would highly recommend not going to this place it is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Keep your money and go to someone else. They have no clue what they are doing except robbinEveryone. Plus you can see your natural hair through the weeve that is sloppy work for to much money. This is not a business.

I was charged an outrageous amount of $ for what I considered a very simple request to retwstisting my locs. Ms. Ida, charged me $195.00 , and she did not do any colors , extensions, etc. My retwist was done on less than 20 minutes, yet she prolonged the process by having me sit under the dryer 4 times! I DON'T LIKE THE FACT SHE INSISTED ON HAVING A PICTURE OF MY HAIR, AND THEN AFTER ALL OF THAT, SHE STILL COULD NOT TELL ME HOW MUCH SERVICES COST UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE. SHE IS NEVER GOING TO GET ANYTHING ELSE FROM ME AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING. THIS SHOP HAS POOR BUSINESS ETHICS AND THEY ARE NOT TRANSPARENT WITH CUSTOMERS ABOUT PRICES. NOTHING IS POSTED IN THE SHOP!

She did exactly what I asked for and matched hair color extensions with my hair color. Very polite and friendly service!
