A $300 per month non-refundable pet fee applies. A $25 per month pet rent will apply for each dog.
We accept both cats and dogs with a 2 pet maximum. Breed restrictions and a weight limit of 50 lbs. apply. Please contact us for details.
Generally, the approval process takes 24-48 hours.
A $49 application fee per person over the age of 18 is due with your application. The application fees are non-refundable. A holding fee of $200 is also due with your application and is refunded in the event your application is declined. If approved, this holding fee is applied to your first month's rent.
