The only good thing DR.P (doctor Persal dont say she is not there. She run the entire place! ) did for me was send me to Divine light! New life recovery is not a good place! Dr.P no no regard for someone trying to better there life. She will yell and screem at you. Your just a check to her. They will let other clients steal from you. They make up new rules every 2 minutes they favor some and treat others like trash. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. We suffered all summer with no A/C and no fan and we where not aloud to buy them not even a fan. Because of BGE? I got a bunch of food she kicked me out not even 3 hours after i spent $300 on food for myself and the house and she said i couldn't take any food with me even though I paid for it? How ever Since I graduated from Divine light i have been clean ever since. 2 years and going strong.

This place has no respect for persons! "Dr. P" screams at clients and hangs up on them before they can answer her! They are disrespectful to recovering people. They "tamper" with their RX meds and the house managers decide who gets what! It is unbelievable the shameful way they are allowed to treat this suffering population. May God have mercy on them all@!

I'm a patient at New Life Addiction, and I have had nothing but trouble dealing with the administration their about my medicine. The administration always think that you are lying and thy only see things their way. The lobby staff goes out of their way to help but the rest don't care.

New life has been warm and welcoming. Ms Brenda is awesome and so helpful and informative !!! I’ve had wonderful experience so far. Also, not to mention the Uber service they provide is amazing. I’ve never attended a place so caring. Just a thought ... As for the insurance thing that someone posted about scam... well, you get paid when you go to work right ? You wouldn’t work for free? How do you expect the staff to get paid and run a business in turn it is a business... to help save lives. Thank gosh they take my insurance because it’s truly a life savor and I’m being saved one day at a time. Thank you to all !!!
