Clueless on customer service. In a previous position at a company we had used Conolec with marginal results and had eventually eliminated them (this was several years ago). Gave them another chance 3 years back and all was well for a while....but no more. Things deteriorated over time. Be prepared to wait a long time for any response on projects and also expect to get conflicting information that will cost you project schedule time. I believe there was a change in ownership in the past couple of years and that may have led to the tone-deaf communication.

Called in the Morning, got routed to a voicemail... Never returned my call. They may or may not do fabulous work. I will never know. Horrible customer service.
