Convenient to be able to drive a few hours, park on site and walk over to Port. Vs prior experiences of having to shell out money to fly further south the day before, requiring a hotel stay/ food and transportation back to the port. Our 6night cruise totaled $90 paid in advance. It was easy to get out. The day of departure there was an unexpected delay so no one was allowed to enter until 12noon. It was madness and not enough people working the lines. Since we experienced unusual curcumstances unsure how normal operations go. Upon return, we had another departure delay due to customs being super diligent. However, others whom were arriving seemed to be parking and entering the terminal without issue.

Waited in line 3 hours to board ship. Waited in line 1 1/2 hours to disembark.

Absolutely horrible experience getting on and off the ship in port. They need to come up with a better system in terms of entering and exiting the terminal in personal vehicles as well as having clear signs and directions inside the terminal of where to pick up luggage and all after returning from the trip. Had I not looked over I would have completely walked past it and the area was not well lit to see your luggage. I would not recommend using this port. The fact that you have to pay per day for your car to be at the terminal is also outrageous.

[4th Visit, Pickup, SEP 16, 2022] (wide range of appointment time, 16:00-21:00) pass the gate with DL —-> check-in with submit a form at the office —-> get a document of the freight, a tag of windshield, & a tag for electric line —-> drop the trailer, clean inside, slide tandem, put the document of freight inside of the trailer, and hang the tag on electric connector —-> stick the numbered tag on windshield & park in staging area —-> wait for loading (jockey takes care) —-> get the document from the jockey —-> turn the document and tags to the office —-> get a paperwork (BOL) *** do not stop at the gate for cruise but go forward to the gate for trucks. *** need to drop the trailer and wait long if you don’t have a TWIC card *** not too bad overall [2nd Visit, AUG 11, 2022] (arrived 4 hours earlier) pass the gate with DL —-> park the truck in staging area —-> slide tandem & clean the trailer inside —-> check-in at the office with a form —-> get out of the port (early check-in not available) —-> come back again an hour before the appointment time —-> get a pass & park the truck again —-> check-in & take a paperwork & tags —-> drop the trailer —-> put the paperwork inside of the trailer & close doors —-> put the green tag to electric connector —-> put the number tag on windshield —-> wait for the trailer coming back —-> check-out at the office with documents & tags —-> get a BOL & out of the port *** early check-in not available *** overnight parking not available *** ridiculous process system

How much is parking at the Baltimore port
I'm sure there is. Regular parking is 15 a day.
Your driver can drop you off at the terminal, you will load your bags on the luggage carrier and all you will have is your carry on. You will not see your luggage again til dinner or later. So make sure to carry a bag or small suite case with some things you may need...
BWI airport
Yes they do
With changes that are going on it would be best to check with your cruise line.
Yes. But it's $15 a day
Not sure about the cost
