The time to leave this fantastic place has arrived; it has been 2.5 yrs without complaints against the leasing office. When I moved in, was the beginning of the pandemic, and the office attention was the best, especially I must mention Elaine; this wonderful person makes it looks like a more effortless and smooth leasing process. Thank you so much for her and her friendly team. The place is perfectly maintained in my personal opinion. Although not all was perfect since there are unpleasant people in the world who never watch their steps to reduce bothering their neighbors living downstairs, this is something that I can't blame the administration. Other than that, my reason for moving out is because of my commute; otherwise, I would remain living here. Thank you, Elaine and Team for being so kind.

From the start of my tenancy to the end, Elaine was what separated a potentially mediocre apartment experience to an exceptional one. She is friendly and social but highly professional. People like her make Meadow Creek worth consideration. As for the apartments themselves, the walls are thin, and if you happen to have a heavy, diabetic neighbour above you that ofteUpn uses the bathroom several times in a night, then a set of earplugs is enough to make it tolerable. The windows are similar, but the energy bills aren't bad considering this, and the central heating and air are decent. As for rent, I paid under $1100 per month for a one bedroom apartment in 2021, and this was about on par with any other competition, although some of the sketchier options in Westminster are cheaper. The apartment size is decent, but the kitchen layout was awkward and small, as it had some weird wall in the way of a more open and customizable kitchen. The neighbourhood is nice, and the nearby church is lead by a very friendly and hospitable person. Beautiful area. As for the property management, an algorithm decides the pricing, which seems to give the on-site workers no power in managing things themselves. Despite not being empowered as much as she deserves, Elaine provided an effective, but still human face for the uncaring property management company that was designed to take as much of my money as possible. Elaine gets 5 stars, Meadow Creek itself gets somewhere between 3 And 4, hence my 4 star review.
