I would give it less than a star if it would let me.. I applied there when they first started taking Applications… I think they are looking for a certain kind of people and if you don’t fit that criteria they don’t answer your calls, and lie to you about trying to contact you.. a woman I worked with got in there ,but she has that I’m better than you attitude I think that’s what it’s all about…after reading some of theses reviews I think I’m may be on to something

Received a letter to schedule and interview for next step processing... I’ve been calling for a week no response. Left tons of voicemails. This is what they do just to send you a failure to respond rejection letter

Applied about a year ago paid $100 application fee. Called about my application status & was told that they reached out to me & was unable to reach me so they were forced to move forward with applicants , expressed that I don’t recall speaking to anyone or getting any messages etc. But that I was still interested in the apartment but I was told that I would have to reapply & pay the application fee all over again which I feel is very unfair that we should have to pay all over again for a case of miscommunication. If they were moving forward with applicants my fee should of been returned to me.

The office is closed for a few days. But once the manager is back she's pretty fast at responding.
To be honest with you, I don't live out there, but I'm sure they need to see what your income is, how many people will be in the unit, Drivers license and SS cards. These are the things I had to have when I got my first place. But I'm sure if you call the Rental office they can lead you in the right direction
