Jen is absolutely a horrible pharmacist. She wants to tell you who your MDs have to be. She WILL NOT fill a prescription c5 and 4 if you don't see a doctor she knows. How she has a job is beyond me. She plays God and Doctor at the same time. See only knows doctors in the Titusville area. God help you if you even if your MD is in Orlando. Publix pls terminate her employment. She does not care about patients. She picked the day Ian made landfall to tell me.

I don't know why this Pharmacy gets bad ratings because I've never had anything but excellent service. Maybe that one pharmacist was bad and she's gone? Who knows. The bad reviews that I read were definitely not the norm for a Publix pharmacy.

Don’t even want to give the one star. My husband and I have our prescriptions there for years. Pharmacist Jen has never been pleasant or helpful. Was just in there today around 1:30pm and she was so annoyed that she had to wait on me. Not sure why she is always so angry and rude.
