Lazy, dishonest, and hostile employees. You can feel the air of superiority the moment you walk up to the counters. I asked a package be marked Fragile and was told that was an extra service and fee. The employee, who continued to stare the entire transaction, lied about the options and pricing to mail a comic book. And until the very end never said thank you but instead scrutinized and was verbally rude about every move I made. When I went with priority mail just to make it a nice surprise to arrive during my time there, to somewhere an hour away, it took almost four days.
