Canyon Rim Campground

Campground has very nice roads to get in. Site are big and far apart. The bathrooms are very well maintained. View from the rim which is a short walk was amazing.

Beautiful Rim views and well spaced sites. Camp Host is genial and efficient. We arrived at 11 am on a Friday and got space 11 first come first served. There is a dump station out toward Dutch John's at the marina just past Fireman's campground. $7 bucks. Lovely hiking and site seeing here. Will return.

The spots were way too close together for us. We reserved a spot but it ended up being right in the middle of 4 families with absolutely no privacy. We drove to the next campground Red Canyon and those spots were a little further spaced.

I just visited this campground on 5/2/19. It was beautiful! So peaceful, not a lot of people around. We have the camping spot 9 - highly recommend!! We were right overlooking the gorge and I cannot describe how beautiful it was (see picture). All in all this is a hidden gem of a campground, and I am suggesting to all my friends that they visit here!
