This owner, or whoever answered the phone, was rude and unprofessional. He has a limited fleet, which is fine, however, if you don't have your fleet listed on your website (which is pretty standard), be prepared to answer questions about what you do have. If you can't take the 1 minute to discuss what is available, then don't take the call. I will be sure not to contact this business for any of my other clients. Good Luck!
