i was a little nervous to get my second piercing but the person helping me was AMAZING she was so nice and did such a good job with my ears! i love this place and will come back if i ever want more piercings for sure! ❤️

My friend bought a chain and i have bought many things from the location at orland. By far the worst location of them all. Whoever the young African american was looked miserable. I could not believe a place that relies on sales has the worst attitude and customer service. Saw at least 6 people walk away with dirty looks because of his service. Horrible. will never buy another thing from here.

8/3/2019 Reasonable place to get pierced. Pierced my daughters 2.5 yrs and 2.5 mo, was a bit painful for few seconds but was quick and swift. The guy here was nice and easy to work with , though we tested his patience with changing our mind with the earrings several times ;-)
