Nonexistent customer service. I've emailed and called 1000 times. Literally handing out tickets for broken OLD meters, then not allowing an individual to advise the court. Do not park in Irvington center. It's been non stop this season for whatever reason.

Lol good question!!! They're extremely slow they have dinosaurs that work in the back I was there recently just to pick up a disposition paperwork it took them a whole month and a half to get me the paperwork I needed.so from me to you you will have to go down there because no one ever answers the phone.o nd they can b disrespectful depending on who's at the window
