Moved here August 0f 2012, nice apartment and my neighbors in my building are great also the ones around me. Neighbors around me. Melissa is professional, understanding very easy to talk to so far the only staff that doesn't sound rude or have an attitude when you're speaking with her. Only problem is the dumpster bands are way too small, being so close to my window p0and when it's full and smelling we can smell it in our appartment especially during the summertime when it's hot. Also having someone live in the complex that breaks in our cars is scary and uncomfortable to say the less. Work way too hard to feel unsafe because she still here and that POS can and will still visit.

They are frauds! They’re collecting multiple non refundable applications at a time to people without letting them know ahead of time the apartments aren’t available. We more than qualified and each time I called them it was another excuse. Definitely feel robbed out of $$$. Please beware

When I moved here in 2012 it was a great experience. Besides the walls being paper thin - the apartment was decent, the community was nice, and everyone felt safe. I never had a problem with my vehicle or people trespassing. Throughout the years, the office staff has changed multiple times, and they started letting anyone move in; which has caused a lot of bugs, rodents, assaults, and break-ins (vehicles & apartments). For years they had surveillance signs, but it wasn't until a couple of months ago that they actually got cameras...(I'm sure it's because they have a lawsuit.) But even now, no one really knows if the cameras are on, or who's monitoring them. On a positive note, the rent is cheaper here than most places - but I'd rather pay triple the rent and be safe, than to pay cheap rent and someone assault me while walking in the house. Remember - Cheap things are dangerous! Lastly, I will say the Maintenance Team is phenomenal!!! Any time I had an issue, they were Johnny on the Spot!! That's the one thing I wish I could take with me to my next apartment.

We are sorry you are having trouble finding parking. We have been continuoslly working on improving the parking situation. Currently we issue one parking permit per household and have a towing company that tows vehicles without a permit. Yes, we did increase rents during the pandemic because we had to, but all rent increases were less than 2.5%. Please understand that we had several residents not paying their rent, and we were spending more to ensure the facilities were kept clean and safe for everyone. We had to try to offset the loss of income and the expenses we were incurring as a result.
