Awesome campsite discovery! I was skeptical about the layout but it's a jewel of a campground. Perfect location in town, close by restaurants and the Creeper Trail. Really enjoyed the sitting area on the deck with free coffee. Also dug the outdoor shower and fire pit area. Very friendly owner with a neat story. She keep the place spotless and classy.

Nice location to bike rental shops but be aware that the front of your vehicle will be at the road edge and the back of your camper at a cliff. Very little room at campsite and no privacy. Very awkward place and although other campers were friendly, I can’t say the same for the staff. Least pleasant camping experience we’ve ever had and we have camped at other places in the area at least 4 other times.

We are headed back to our favorite place in just over a week! Old Gray Beard on his Trout Bike will be cruising along the area Trout streams throwing fly’s at the Trout!

What a true mountain gem! We’ve been here several times, and can’t seem to get enough. The park is small, but not in a bad way whatsoever. The location is in walking / biking distance to everything the town offers. The owners and management are kind, responsive, and informative. With each visit, the grounds are clean and well organized. The “Porch” offers a great communal area to confer with other campers, and they offer great coffee for early risers. A great place to stay that we’ll continue to visit!

Good question and should have been answered by owners by now!
We do
Water, sewer, electricity and shower. Nice area. Do the Virginia Creeper into Abingdon, beautiful ride.
Think so if u keep it small an contained
It's not a large RV park, but it's cozy and the owners are wonderful. I don't believe there are any washing facilities and the WiFi can be spotty. It's literally a side road in Damascus with 8 RV spots including full elec/sewer/water hook ups. No cable. I think most stay there to ride the VA Creeper Trail or hike. Call Cindy (owner) though- she's very kind and helpful.
$35.00 per day for 2. Each additional person age 10 and over is $10.00 each per night.
Yes, they have small sites for cars, tents.
