I wrote a letter to the Consumer Affairs Division regarding a rip off (an expensive washing machine had to be trashed after 1 year 10 months.) I provided documentation not to mention my time and energy but received no response at all after 3 months. Instead, the company (Maytag) sent me an email that they decided that I would not qualify for any remuneration. Evidently, the NJ Consumer Affairs Division lets the junk-manufacturing company decide the outcome of an appeal. I feel that my taxes are totally wasted on this so called "Consumer" department and should be abolished.

It's probably easier to apply for welfare than it is to apply for a master plumbing license in NJ. It's a disgrace how the professionals of our state are treated.

First you need to try and contact EZpass If they can't resolve your issue than you reported to consumers affairs of NJ . You can file online.

I know you may not want to hear this answer but, the pandemic has all of the boards behind. Just make sure all your documents are correct and submitted so when they get to your license, there's no issue. If it continues, contact the governor's office. Hope you get your license soon!

You will get something in writing in about 5 to 7 business days after the app has been reviewed by the board if approved your approval letter will tell you how to pay for the license once paid you will get a license number in about 3 to 5 days and then it take 4 to 6 weeks for the license to come from Trenton
It took me longer. Did you ever change your name? You must get marriage licenses etc. Also, many times they are back logged.
