Lived here for three years. Great location, close enough to main street / NB, very close to get on 27 or 1. Pretty peaceful and quiet. Very prompt, friendly service and support from the staff and property manager.

If you want to be surrounded by tranquility and good vibes in an amazing neighborhood in Highland Park, Orchard Gardens should be your new place to live :). I lived there only for 1 year, because I was transferred by my company to another state, but if I wouldn't have had to move, i would continue living there :). Rent you pay is equal the nice place and renovated the apartments are, TOTALLY worth it. also the office and maintenance staff are so helpful and nice all the time, specially Ty!!!

Thank you the staff at Orchard Gardens I came back and I couldn't be happier! There is a thing of grass isn't always greener well so true!! I see and hear people who leave and who wish they were back because it's not so great elsewhere! I know I'm thrilled and so happy! Thank you team bc in today's world everybody usually just complains! Lol

Our experience here for the past year and a half has been more than wonderful. Everyone has been nice and friendly, especially Senior Property Manager Tyhesha Evans. Any and all questions and issues we've had in this time was handled with extreme care and efficiency. We highly recommend anyone looking for a new home to give this place a try. Majority of the homes are renovated and are still being renovated on. My husband and I started a family here. Quiet and friendly community. I cannot stress enough how Tyhesha and all staff have treated us. Wonderful people and great place to live.
