Unbelievable. Made an appt before Thanksgiving. THEY rescheduled it twice and when I call to check what time her appt is next week guess what!? The girl didn't put me in so they offer me another 2 months later only 9 months after I made the appt and after I pleaded with them to do something because my daughter hospitalized 2 other children and is violent and it's escalating. BEGGED for help and told him another 2 months was unacceptable and to let me speak to someone higher up and his answer? Transferred me to a nurse station to have my 6 year old committed when their facility is an hour away. This is why parents give up and do the unthinkable because of people like you and places like this only out to make money. Thanks gor wasting months of my life counting the days that she would finally get help when she could have been some other place by now. Will NEVER EVER speak kindly of this place to anyone that will listen

I had an appointment today with my son at 3pm at the Clifton office. He was scheduled for evaluation for ADD. I arrived at the facility at 3:01pm. Since prior emails stated I had to confirm and wait in my car due to coronavirus protocol, I proceeded to submit the paperwork online. I arrived upstairs to a locked door at 3:07pm. I patiently waited a few minutes for someone to come open to door to tell me that the appt had this been cancelled. She began to explain that I was “late” and therefor there wasn’t enough time for the evaluation. I explained that I had waited 6 months for this appointment, driven 45 minutes in traffic and took a half day of work off, and sat in my car submitting the peppercorn the required for me to even being allowed in. She then apologized and said she would be in contact with me. Never have I ever experienced a situation where in the health care world that someone could not accommodate another 10 minutes over there shift time when care of a patient was needed. Since I unfortunately am in the mercy of this service, I can’t turn around and just find another health care replacement and start all over. I truly feel that in times like these, where compassion and understanding is most vital, this office represented NONE. I will therefore be spending time to write of such a terrible experience instead of spending time with my children because I believe that NO ONE should be treated the way I was treated today. Nowhere in the numerous emails was it stated that if I were 6 minutes past my appt time that it would be.l cancelled. No where was it stated that I could “fill out” the admissions paperwork upstairs since it clearly stated that I could not proceed into the building until it was done. Very disappointed, very distraught, and just extremely saddened that such a reputable company does not stand behind its own mission statement.

I've been trying to get an autism evaluation. They only use telemedicine now and you are overcharged for going over a review of the issues. What about helping to move forward? This has been ongoing for a year and a half. You cant diagnose autism in the teleconference so why schedule this? For the money and now we are SOL. 🤷🏾
