Whilst this place is beautiful, I 100% do not recommend living here as it is nothing but a headache. I have been moved out for more than a month, and yet here is Cranford Crossing -- knickle and diming me and my former roommates AFTER not allowing us to break our lease. Not only did they charge us $100+ for the most ridiculous things -- i.e. "dust on the walls" -- but they are incredibly rude and condescending. During my two years living there, we had to make a ridiculous amount of work orders as things kept on breaking ... which makes sense considering the entire complex is terribly outdated. With how much CC charges their residents, how come they can't fix anything? Not to mention there are zero amenities. Anyways, save yourself the trouble and NEVER live here.

We are so happy living at Cranford Crossing. Susana and Ana efficiently helped us find the perfect model in this complex across the street from the NYC train. We provided the paint and they arranged to have accent walls painted in our favorite color. Our parking allows us never to be rained or snowed on. Any minor issues are immediately attended to by the wonderful maintenance staff of Juan, Jesus, and Arno.It is a pet friendly building within walking distance of our pharmacy, our favorite restaurants, my nail salon and our community center. So reassuring that we made the right choice to downsize to Cranford Crossing.Neighbors are friendly and considerate and it is inter generational. Highly recommend.
