It’s been over a year since the last of my 5 Day Prostate Radiation Treatments at Florida Oncology Tavares (completing on 5-19-20). My PSA level has dropped significantly since then, but over the last 14 months or so I’ve had a lot of issues with that area of my body (urinary tract & rectum area). I’m not sure whether something went wrong, one should expect post procedure problems, or if there’s a third scenario (combination?). A consideration might be SpaceOar (Google). A pre-prostrate treatment option for some radiologists prefer that can protect the rectum area. Last check (late 2019), it wasn’t covered by Medicare & costed $2500. Most of the staff were friendly yet professional. It’s a clean organized environment where you won’t have to wait long, if proceeding with treatment(s). Blessings to you...
