So far my interaction with the PPD been great. I called the non emergency number because my son thought someone was following him. They came to my house spoke to my son. They were great.

It appears that the Police Station had moved a few times before it finally moved to East 4th Street. It was on Sycamore Street now known as Cleveland Street on 1909 and moved to East 4th in 1963.
Not all fireworks are illegal. The more powerful fireworks that fire higher then 12 feet are illegal.
