Just don’t, the price is not worth it. Super unsafe feeling, lights flickering, no parking spots available. Got into the room and it was filthy. Dirty bed with holes in the sheets, black floor, dirty towels, scratches on all the doors, the locks don’t work, and smells like smoke SO bad. Got there at 3 am and left because we felt so unsafe. Just spend the extra money and go somewhere else. 0/10 stars. They also said they would refund me since I didn't even stay 10 minutes and they charged my card. I have been calling them for days and no-one will pick up the phone or return my voicemail. TERRIBLE service, very unprofessional.

Positive: The women at the front desk was very nice Negative: The room smelt very strong of smoke. They tried changing us to two other rooms which both also smelled of smoke. Alps the rooms were not very clean, and the headboards on the beds were coming apart and there was unfinished patch work all over the walls.

Great place, clean, in the middle of remodel, the air wasn't working great in our room, they moved us and gave us a fan to help get the air flowing faster in the new room... Will definitely come here again if on town! Thank you management morning and night for being so helpful making our stay pleasant😁

We left home at 4pm headed for N.C. to do Christmas with our kids and as we pulled out it began to snow. Before we got 45 minutes down the road cars were in ditches! I had booked our hotel just the other side of the Turnpike in Wytheville V.A. which usually takes us a little over 4 hours to travel. I picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and jacuzzi and wanted to relax that evening after traveling. By the time we hit the Turnpike it was dark and the snow was deep and deadly. It was very slow going and a lady from the hotel called to check on us because we were late arriving. I told her why and she was genuinely concerned and assured me they would hold our room. She called 2 more times worried about our safety. We got 35 miles from our hotel and had to sit for 2 hours due to an accident. We finally arrived at 1am. Very tired and very stressed. There was another girl on duty by now but she knew immediately who we were and was very empathetic to our situation and offered us each a goodie bag with snacks and water, which were much appreciated. I explained how I had wanted to enjoy the pool and she told me if I came down in the morning she would open it early for me to use before we got on the road and that's just what we did and it was great! The room was very comfortable, clean and updated, the breakfast was yummy and the service was best in class! I highly recommend this establishment, we most definitely will be staying there again!!!
